Common application

Applicable when waste heat of technological or other processes of metallurgy, petrochemistry, mechanical engineering, chemical industry, shipbuilding, etc. is released to the atmosphere.

Instead of other designs
  • When the temperature of the flue gases is above 1000-1100 ° С
  • When using increased dust content of flue gases (more than 100 g / Nm3), as well as medium with a significant amount of abrasive components
  • When operating in highly aggressive environments
  • In case of flow rates of at least one gas medium over 500 000 Nm3 / h
  • For cyclic processes with high temperature and low temperature periods (for example, in non-ferrous metallurgy)
Non-standard application
  • In cases when installation space for recuperator is limited. The heat exchangers of the OPT type, along with other parameters being equal, have 2-5 times less dimensions than other structures.
  • It does not require expensive redesign of ducts and external constructions. Thus, the new generation OPT recuperators are actively used in the processes of import substitution at enterprises in various industries.
